You should receive your refund in the form of Stein Mart store credit as soon as we receive our product(s) back to our warehouse; so you can grab your summer styles before they're gone!
Please contact us if you have not received your refund credit in the registered email on your Stein Mart account. Please hold onto your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.

How do I get to use my store credits? I returned my items. It was returned to you and picked up on 2/7 at 6:34 A.M. I have not received any email confirming my return or my credit. Please advise when I can get this information.
